Smtp Error Could Not Connect To Smtp Host

Hello,
Every time when I try to create an user, the email has not been sent, I get a message like SMTP Error: Could not connect to smtp host. But I have given smtp credentials correctly.

Please generate app password for your account to be used with smtp.
