I would like to know how this feature is handled in the system, which module will reflect this Promos
(Product to buy - Product to get)

Only the POS module will reflect this. The system handles this by automatically adding one product quantity that you have chosen as Product to get at zero price each time you add one product quantity of the product you have chosen as Product to buy.
