Thermal Printer Not Working

Hello There,
i Have E-PoS Thermal Printer TEP-300 , Command Support: ESC/POS
i added the Printer , but its not working !!
i also tried WebBrowser Printing Method , its only cut Paper not printing the invoice !!!
i tried my printer With normal word file and working fine !!

Are you trying to print receipt? There should be issue for web browser if you can print from word.
Can you please take photo of the receipt screen and printed receipt?

Printer working now , but when i chose print receipt as image not working
other wise as TEXT working but the arrange of receipt totally wrong and bad
attached photo for it

Please edit your printer and lower the value of character per lilne, try arouond 42.

Looks like the line feed is not being added. SPOS do send the feed command to the printer after each line. Can you try with different profiles?

the system is useless with out receipt
i did delete the printer profile and test it with other Device same issue

I am talking about the profile on add/edit printer page. You can try to print with each profile and take a photo of print. If it doesn't work, I will issue you refund.
