Transfer Update Status Qty Warehoaus Incorrect

Hi...Please Help Me This..
Warehouse1 has a QTY of 100.
100 QTY transfer from Warehouse1 to Warehouse2. ( Transfer Status is Pending).
Then I made a sale of QTY 50 from Warehouse1.
After selling QTY 50 from Warehouse 1; Transfer Status of 100 QTY Transfer from Warehouse 1 to Warehouse 2 I changed it from Pending to Completed.
Then the Warehouse QTY is shown. Not counting the 50 QTY that was made for sale, showing the 100 QTY. It really has to be . Warehouse 1 must have -50 QTY is Warehouse 2 must have 100 QTY.
If the QTY 50 sales invoice from Warehouse 1, If you delete it.
Warehouse 1 has QTY 50 excess.
Please...When updating status, can I check if there is QTY in the warehouse?
Now you can update the status if QTY is 0 in warehouse.
