it's installed the problem came from the security system which had detected a threat in the installation script

The latest version don't have .env file. It renames example file to .env if it does not exist. This is to avoid replacing the .env with updates.

If you still didn't manage to install the item. Then please check the APP_ENV to production and APP_DEBUG to false in the .env file. Once done, try access the installer again.
