Dear Support Team,

good day! after the installation we are only able to see these tables after migration. “Accounts” “Activity_log” , “Contaccts” , “Customers” “migrations”, “password_reset” and “users” table. the project is still not running.

Please let us know if we opt for extend support ticket (paid one) how your support team help us live? Zoom or google hangout , please let us know as this is very urgent.

Hello,

Please let me know your php and mysql version number and if you have any error in the server error logs and the Laravel logs in storage/logs/ folder.

Hello,

We don't have live support. If you want us to check your server then you can provide the server details in private reply.

You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of reply section.

ITs PHP 8.0.2 and MY SQL 5.7 , Do you have any video for the installation and configuration to run TSMS ? Please do provide in case, appreciate your response.

Hello,

Your versions are fine. You didn't provide the details where you having the issue. Can you access /install? If not, then please make sure that you have set the root path to public folder in your uploaded files. If you add subdomain you can set the path. It should be the public folder. Then you can try to access the installer and if you get any error, please check server error logs for error details. You can check Laravel log in storage/logs/ folder too.

Please let me know the details so that I can guide.

Dear Team,

We are not able to resolve this issue. Please do provide us a step by video for the same. in the log we do not see any such error.
