Twilio - Not Sending Sms

Hi there, I keep receiveing this errors, do you know what am I doing wrong? Twilio Error site (suggested in log) says: 'To' phone number is required to send a Message. Could you please help me with this?? Thanks a lot.

Hello,
You are getting phone error. As you can see in the sms log option the phone is being sent. There is one auth related error too.
I suggest you try to add the provider as custom and then set the fields and valued as your proivder need them.
