Unable To Install On My Server

0

Dear Support Team,

I recently purchased this script and have been trying to install it on my server following the provided documentation. Unfortunately, the instructions are unclear and appear outdated, as they reference older versions of the script. I have spent a significant amount of time browsing this page for answers, but I still cannot complete the installation.

Here are the steps I have taken and the issues I encountered:

I uploaded all the files to my server as explained in the documentation.
The folder "public" has been set as the default using the .htaccess file, but the documentation does not even explain how to do this.
When accessing /install, I get a 404 page not found error. The documentation simply refers back to step 1, without providing any troubleshooting steps for this issue.
When visiting the domain without /install, I receive an Error 500 message:
"Sorry, server encountered an error, please try again later."
A "Go back home" button appears but does not function.
At this point, I am unable to proceed with the installation, and the lack of clear guidance has made troubleshooting difficult. Could you please provide updated and detailed instructions on how to resolve these issues?

I would appreciate a prompt response, as I am eager to get this script up and running.

Hello,

404 error mostly happens due to wrong file path, or mod_rewite or it's configuration.

For 500 error, please check the latest log file in the storage/logs/ folder and let me know so that I can suggest.

If you want us to check or help you install, you can let mw know your server details, desired path/domain and purchase code in the private reply.

You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at the top right is reply section.

Thank you

I've managed to fix this issue by asking independent developer. I have installed it but for some reason page Ads & Analytics does not allow to change anything, any attempt to save the changes result in displaying black screen.

Hello,

You are getting 403 error, I think that might be due to your security module/plugin. Please check with your server admin as they can guide further.

Thank you

I can't agree with that. This is not an error 403. This action is not even recorded in my server logs nor as 5xx or 4xx error. My server do not have any security module that could block just this action. As every other configuration of the page does not trigger any problems, just this page. I am shocked that I am unable to remove dummy Ad text or add Analytics tracking code.

Is there any location inside the file or database where I can change these details manually? I would be grateful for your quick response.

I am talking about this section only. The rest of the pages works without any problems

Hello,

Yes, you add code to this page and submit to send to server. If there are any security module/plugin that might consider this as attach and block the permissions. If there is no security module/plugin then please let me know your server details in private reply. I will check and update you.

Thank you
