Upload A Pdf In A Thread Of Article

Hi,
How can I upload a pdf into a thread or into a FAQ or aticle? I can only upload images even though I have listed the follwing in the settings:
Allowed File Types (Extensions separated by comma)
jpg,jpeg,png,pdf,doc

You need to check your php config and increased the upload size there too.

@Rorie Ryan Hi, i found that the link icon is support to upload pdf file. Can have a try on it.

Hello,
For HTML (tinymce): Please use insert link and the modal will have option to upload the file.
For Markdown (simpledme): There is no button for upload but you can drag the file on the editor to upload.

Hi There thanks for your reply.
After doing a number of tests I found the problem, the issue is with the size of the PDF.
I can upload a PDF of file size upto 2042kb OK but a PDF with file size greater fails.
I ger the error "Failed! The file has failed to upload"
I have increased the "Upload Size" in the general setting but it still doesn't work.
