Where Are Unable To Access The Software

we are unable to access your support portal as we were blocked on our first attempt. We installed the script as per your documentation and we are not able to login. The hosting company has stated that it is a script error. The provided user name and password does not work. We need to know what are the next steps. We have done the password change and all other suggestions listed and we are still having the issue with logging on as owner.

I am sorry for the late reply.

SMA required php7.4 or php8.0 It's not compatible with php8.1 and latest versions.

If you want me to check, please share the installation url and server details with login credentials in private reply.

Please click the browse for gallery image and then you should be able to select multiple images using ctrl+click
