Add A Customer Directly When Adding A New Order

It would be nice to be able to add a customer directly when adding a new order (on the same page) instead of just selecting the customer. It bothers me to change the page each time, go create the customer and then add an order. You can add it on an overlay page or a drop-down form to add a new customer on the same page.
