Hi dear,
I think it will be much better if you add a Comments feature for articles and/or knowledge base.
Thank you very much, I know you have strong reasons for not including a comments section to the articles and knowledge base,
please let me know why these two sections do not contain comments!

The Articles were Pages previously so there was no comments option. I will add the comments for articles. I am nto sure about the comments for knowledge base.

In articles there is no categories, and I think category is also important for organizing the articles based on topics categories.
and is there any way to add new pages, menu, or rename the prebuilt FAQs, Article, Knowledge base?
and about custom field, I added and didn't found anything? how it works!

I will check about article categories.
No, there is no option to change the menu, but you can edit the language file are you need.
Once you add custom fields to models, those will be added to the related model form. There is an issue with article model as it's name as page. I will fix this in beta 20. Custom fields for thread, replies and others should be working.
