Country Search Bug In Application Settings

The country search dropdown is not functioning correctly. Currently, the search feature only works if you input the country's code. For instance, to find the Dominican Republic, you must type "DO". Additionally, even after successfully finding the country, you cannot click on it to make a selection.

Hello,

I have checked the demo and it's working fine. I can search by country name.

Are you testing it on live demo? If yes, please let me know the which page as I shared the customer form screenshots.
