401 Authorized Error

When client clicks View Invoice button, they get a page that says "401 Unauthorized Error"
Clients are unable to view emails (401 Unauthorized error). Some invoices are viewable by some clients and some get the 401 error. Why is this? I was able to replicate this error on my end.
