Hello, hope you are doing great.
I recently bought the system. I created new user and new database for the system and installed on a sub-domain following the instructions of creating a new folder above public_html, but still getting the error "422 Unprocessable Entity".
Can you help me?

Update: looking around the console i see this error: "No database received from install server, please check with developer."

Can in install and use it locally while i wait for hosting support to update mysql? I mean, my license can be switched between local and then to cpanel when is done?
