I am trying to give Admin and Sales Staff user roles the ability to access the price_groups feature. This feature is currently located under System Settings, and only the Owner role can access it.
I want Admin and Sales Staff to have full permissions to add, update, and delete entries in price_groups. Additionally, I have already moved the menu item for price_groups under the Products tab for better accessibility.
Despite my efforts, Admin and Sales roles are still unable to access the price_groups functionality. I believe the access control restriction is related to its location under System Settings or related global permissions.
How can I allow Admin and Sales Staff roles to fully access, add, update, and delete price_groups?
Is there a specific configuration in the database or code I need to update for these roles?
Expected Outcome:
I want Admin and Sales roles to:
See the price_groups feature under the Products tab.
Have full permissions to add, update, and delete entries in price_groups, similar to how they can manage product details.

Hello,
The owner and admin groups have fixed permissions. To change, you will need to modify the item code. The groups have methods in the app/controllers/admin/System_settings.php and that controller is only for owner. If you are not developer, you will need to hire any developer to help you get the desired results.
