Adjustment Type Data Missing On Create New Screen

This is a fresh setup, Adjustment Type dropdown/ suggestions data is not loading on the Create New Adjustment page.
(other adjustment screens can not test) as Not able to create any.

This issue cause in the previous updated as AutoComplete component was updated. This is already fixed and update is release. Please download the latest files to update/reinstall.

I am sorry looks like the auto complete component had issue. It was updated in v1.4.4 please update to latest and then check. If you still have issue in latest version, please let me know so that I can check again.
I have tested the v1.4.4 that seem to be working fine but of courses real life use and other user might have issue so I am here to check again if you have any issues.
