in a previous response from your team: "If you have uploaded the files in main site folder then you need to redirect traffic to public folder or set the domain root path to public folder and access installer in browser."
but I opened the ahtaccess file and it is redirected to "public"

when write www.dominio.com/folder/install nothinks happens

I want to take advantage of this question to put in context that when I put the route - https://software.ludmiladesign.com/install nothing happens. This has been installed on another hosting server, with another control panel , whit another doamin and still with the same error

Hello,

Did you set the correct path for your subdomain? Please make sure the mod_rewrite is enabled and that the .htaccess file exists in the public folder with same contents as of your download.

I know you are trying to install it for few days. If you can let me know your server access, I can check and guide you better.

Hello , tks , well, The whole package is working fine with ssl certificate, an HTML index environment works, indeead a WordPress has been installed, and it works well too, but the software doesn't work, rewwrite is on, please tell me if something is missing, otherwise I'll create some logins for you

Hello,

I was talking about the .htaccess in the public folder. But that's not the case you are using nginx I suspect it's the root path. Can you share the nginx's site config.

Once the domain root set, you should be able to access installer or there should be errors in the Laravel log file in storage/logs/ folder.

Where are you trying to install? The https://software.ludmiladesign.com/install is showing 404 error by nginx.
