Base Unit Cost Problem On Tranfer

My transfer module have lot of problem due to Base Unit Cost.
For example when i try to edit date on a completed transfer, i get error and sometimes products listed on transfer have their stock quantity reduced/grow twice. Why ?
Also Changelog show latest version is 3.5.5, but the script i bought on CodeCanyon show me v3.4.51
Why ?

I am not sure, please share the error message and if you can let me know the steps to replicate error on demo that would be to test same as you and find the cause.
If there is no database base change, we don't update the version in database. The version is shown as name in your download file.
