Does this POS system support Xprinter XP365B? It has barcode labels and invoice printing functions. Is this okay for printing barcodes and invoices?

You can use browser printing option with any printer.
If it supports ESCPOS commands then it should be fine.
For the barcode, it's designed for desktop printer but there is a continuous feed option that you can try with your printer.
