Hi , where i can access the demo and see the settings to do a trial , now we started using this software but our main purpose is not full filling because of the non available of scale bar coding reading issue , and i have one more suggestion that still i am getting mails from your company sever for the closed case , again and again i am getting the mail that the question is close please check that , one time is ok but here i am getting that mail again and again

The live demo link is https://sma.tecdiary.net System settings page has new section for weighing scale barcode and the F11111100250C. & F22222200150C should work without any change to add the watermelon and yellow watermelon with 2.5 and 1.5 as quantity.

I am sorry to listen that you are getting extra emails notifications. For the non active questions system send the notification for each question separately. The email notifications are be disabled from profile page. I have checked, the inactive email notification has been sent all 3-4 days it should only send once 😦 I will investigate this. Still i am not able to add a new product my own , but i tried to change the exiting product like watermelon code with our scale cod e but when we are scanning the bar code it reads all the bar code as the item code, my suggestion is to add and option while adding a new product choose option to select that product is scale weighing item or a normal product , so if we choose that option scale weighing product back end you can do the necessary to differentiate that product with other normal barcode item,in the system setting the option you added is perfect that's ok but according to that option in POS system is not reading the barcode properly so i hope you understand that this is what the doubt in my mind before is said.whenever you are giving permission to test please give full right to add new product so that i can check left and right and can identify the issue , i hope you can correct the issue and release the new version soon , because my problem is still this application not full filling my requirement because of the scale bar code issue

10010 , 10020 , 10030 you can chose any codes because all these codes are already set in our digital scale

Yes, they should work, if you update the setting for scale. The default scale barcode setting is 6 chars in item code starting from 2nd char. You will need to update the scale barcode setting too, if you change the product code to 5 chars (different length and positions)

How the scale barcode will be parsed

1. by checking the barcode length is equal to the total chars for scale barcode in settings
2. If yes then only move forward otherwise return the code as it is
3. For yes, parse the barcode and get item code and quantity/price as per settings. 
4. Find the product for the item code and set the quantity/price and return 

If you see the live demo, there are 2 products with code 111111 and 222222 6 chars and F11111100250C and F22222200150C will be parse with default settings as following

F    111111    00150/100    C
F    222222    00250/100    C
X    item code quantity     X

Add any new file to product will not be used in this process. If you still have any concern, please let me know.

Hi , still it is not working properly please find the screen shots , i will explain what is did i changed the scale settings according to my digital scale is total 13 characters two flags starting position after that 5 for item code after that 5 digits for weight, weight starting position is 8 so here it come like this 02(two flags)10010(item code)00820(item weight)4 (checksum) i choose barcode type number 14 so now you tell me where i am wrong you can see all the screen shots for your reference
