Excel Mass Import Not Working

When I import items from xls, it says oke, but no items appear in the listing.

And on a mutiple option product, when i make a purchase order, iget the following error:

Can you please take full page screenshot. I suspect you posted at the wrong item. WIMS doesn't have purchase options.
