Impossible to install since files are missing, and to create a new installation request I must pay for the request (buying credits) and separately pay for the installation. I find this product a scam. Too bad because with the inventory I did very well.
Where can I request the refund of the money?

I am not asking you to pay for support. Each purchase comes with free support for 6 months. You just need to validate your purchase code to add item to the supported list.
I asked you to ask a question so that you have the option to reply privately as I need your server details to check. You can't ask privately other users' questions.
You can empty the database and try again. I can help but I need server details to check.
