Impossible To Install

Impossible to install since files are missing, and to create a new installation request I must pay for the request (buying credits) and separately pay for the installation. I find this product a scam. Too bad because with the inventory I did very well.
Where can I request the refund of the money?

I get this message when try to install

Selvedin Halilovic It should be /install not /public/install Please make sure that you have set the correct root path. It should be public folder in your download. This item can be used php7.4 or php8.0. Are you installing on live server or locally?

I am now on installation folder and I get this data when I put database data
SQL: unable to create tables, There is no active transaction
But app make table in my mysql database and then I get this message
SQL: unable to create tables, SQLSTATE[42S01]: Base table or view already exists: 1050 Table 'tec_users' already exists

Selvedin Halilovic That means the first time some tables were created and some not. May I know your database version? SBM requires your database version to have json support so it should be MySQL5.7.10+ or MariaDB 10.2+ Thanks

When I try to install again, I get an error that the table already exists.
My MySQL version is 8.0.24, PHP 7.4.25
I use VPS so I can change versions as I want. And can you explain to me why this is happening?
