Can you please provide me with installation guide for Modern Point of Sale Solution
As currently my installation shows:

Hello,

The documentation.pdf is in your download file. The online version can be found at https://tecdiary.github.io/mps-guide/install/

For standard license, please make sure that you have installed the packages using composer install before accessing installer.

If you don't understand any step or need assistance, please let me know the step number with details or screenshot.

Thanks for your reply, yes i need detailed information for those 2 steps:

1- If you have purchased standard or extended license, please
run install dependencies before following these steps by running composer install

2-Set correct root path - You need to set the root path for domain/subdomain to public
directory inside MPS download/extracted files.

Kindly note i'm on cPanel shared hosting with SSH access (no root access)

*Can you provide me with a script that tests and ensures that my hosting environment meets all the requirements?

Hello,

  1. I am not sure about your server. If you have VPS, you should have ssh access to run command. cPenal and plesk also has terminal option. Your server admin can guide about this better than me. If you want me check, you can let me know the server access details in the private reply.

  2. Same server related, you server admin can guide or let me know the details to check server and assistance you.

Installer will check for the php version and extension. The MySQL 5.7.10+ or v8 are supported.

Hello,

You can add user with any role from the users menu in the left side bar.

Please avoid modifying the database directly.

Thank you so much.
Can you please confirm that i will receive lifetime updates for this script?
I know that support is limited to 6 months but i need to confirm about future updates of the script itself

Hello,

This item will get some changes in future and you will get the updates for 6 months after the stable release. As it's still in pre-release state so you shouldn't have to worry much about updates at this time. Once stable version released, you will get 6 months support and support can be extended on 30%-50% of the license price after/before expiry. This policy is not yet in force so you will get updates.

Would you mind telling me how to move the installation files to the main account?
What are the config files that i need to edit or change? (i have already moved files and database but i receive 500 http error so i assume i missed something)

*Regarding composer install is there any commands that i need to run!
If you can provide me with instructions that would be great

Hello,

For same server, you just need to move the files to new folder and update the APP_URL in the .env file.

For 500 errors, please check the latest log file in the storage/logs/ folder.
