Installation Issues

Following the installation guide in the documentation provided, I am repetitively encountering a particular issue, here are the steps I took trying to install locally via xampp:
Downloaded Xampp that supports php version 8.10+
Transferred WIMS files to the htdocs directory in the xampp folder
Ran composer update and install in the wims directory to update and install all dependencies
Started apache service on Xampp
Created a virtual host in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts that will point from 127.0.0.1 and named it wims.local
Reconfigured the httpd-vhosts.conf file in the C:\xampp\apache\conf\extra directory to point to the wims public directory
Restarted apache service on xampp to save any configurations
Accessed the installer by typing 'http://wims.local/install' in my browser
I got to the installation page but it gets stuck loading when I click "Next"
Note: This is my third try and I keep getting stuck at this particular stage for a while after which it proceeds to return 'site can't be reached'. I will link screenshots showing the changes I made to the host file and apache virtual host config file as well as a video recording of the installer getting stuck. I'd like to know what I am missing or what the issue might be and also how I might be able to fix and move on from here.

All the steps are correct. Can you please check the storage/logs/ folder and let me know the error details.
Can you please check the console for errors and network tab for requests too.

Good Morning,
I have attached the log file in the storage/logs directory and screenshots of the Console and network tab, as the error I saw in the console tab is a 'crbug/1173575, non-JS module files deprecated' which doesn't really translate to the installation (I might be wrong).
If you need any other info I'll be happy to provide them to help assist me.

Hello,
I see the key error in the log that is generate by installer. As you can't access the installer so I am guessing something wrong with setup. Can you please try to intall in on live server to test. I can help you check the live server. This is to make sure that it is is the local setup or some item related issues.

Thanks for the Feedback. I actually tried to install it on a GCP windows VM via Xampp and it gave me this issue before I decided to go the local server route to confirm the issue wasn't with my VM's configuration, I can give you temporary access to the RDP file and authentication through any medium of your choice at your discretion.
