After making many adjustments and configurations we have been able to start the application but with some problems that represent a serious problem of functioning in the POS dynamics.

01 > UPPER PROFILE CANNOT CLOSE REGISTERS (CASH COUNTS)

We want the waiters to be able to use the POS and create order orders, but at the end of the day, when the service is finished, the person in charge or manager of the premises proceeds with the closing of the register (what we call "cash counting") to verify that all it fits and is correct.
For some reason the manager user (with all permissions enabled) can't see or close other users' records and this is the usual way of working in the restoration industry. The waiters mark and create orders at the POS and at the end of the day the managers supervise, check and proceed if everything is fine with the closing or "cash check"

02 > ROUNDING TAX AMOUNTS ON PAYMENT RECEIPTS

MPS rounds the decimal amounts of the taxes and this is a very big problem, no treasury in any country accepts rounding, the amounts have to be exact and if the tax is, for example, €10.13, it cannot round because it gives you He wins it at €10.15 because in the end those two cents per hundreds of customers would mean keeping an erroneous bookkeeping that mismatches the cash registers.

03 > UNACCOUNTED CASH CHANGE

When the waiter marks the items in the order and proceeds to pay in cash, if the customer, for example, has to pay €25 for a menu of meals and pays with a €50 bill, the change that would be €25 is not accounted for when the record is closed and the cash register does not balance.

04 > LIMITS AND DISCOUNT DISPLAY

When a maximum discount limit (in %) is specified, and for example a waiter applies the discount at the POS, although the system warns that the percentage is higher than what is allowed in red letters, it allows him to put the discount that he really wants and this could be an embezzlement since any user could apply the discount they want to any customer.
Additionally, the discounts applied to the client are not reflected in the payment receipt that is given to the client, therefore if you decide to have a courtesy with a client and apply a discount, you will not see it shown and it is important for the client to be aware of it. feel happy and well cared for.

05 > SHOW CURRENCY SYMBOL ON RECEIPT

In the receipts the local symbol of the currency is not shown after the amounts, in this case, since it is the Euro, it would be the “€" and no option in app config to define o change this.

06 > POS WAITER LIMITED MODE

Is there any way that a profile with the role of a waiter, who should only be able to access the POS and at most the list of items or customers, not see the income or business performance graphs? Since this is information that they really do not have to see or access more than management personnel.
