Hello,

You don't need those file to install the item.

If you have uploaded the files in main site folder then you need to redirect traffic to public folder or set the domain root path to public folder and access installer in browser.

Please share your installation url in private reply. You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of reply section.

Thank you

when unzipping directly into the public_html folder of the subdomain, it gives me an error: https://9npos.bistrocriollo.com/install

I have not modified any file. I attach the main htaccess file and the photo of the file structure that appears to me.

Hello,

There is no need to modify any file. You just need to set the subdomain's path to public folder.

Thank you

Hello,

The files/folders and subdomain path look fine.

I have tried to access your subdomain and got 403 error and 404 for /install. You need to reslove 403 first then check for 404.

403 is not from the app, I suspect your server didn't hit the public folder. Please check if there is any errors in storage/logs/ folder.

If you can let me know the server access details, I can help you check and reslove the issue.

Thank you
