Need Detail Guide On How To Upgrade From 3 To 4

Hi,
I have been a very old user of this invoicing app. I was on 3.5.5 and a friend told me he received a new version last month.
Soon I purchased another one and found this one has come with two versions, 3 and 4.
Unfortunately I did not find any guideline how I can export products, customers, and settings from 3 and then import it in version 4.
A brief guideline would be appreciated.

Hello,
There is no option to update from v3 to v4 as there database schema is different.
The only option is to import customers to products by export them from your database to csv and modify the column heading to match new format and save as excel. Lastly import the file.
If you are using the same license, you can keep your old installation for reference and start using the new version.
