It cannot be modified nor can languages be added... Nor can it be added to the current languages... Apparently if one makes changes to the files they are not reflected... Why is that? Thank you.

In the rar that I download it shows that it is the rcc.2 version but when I install it and view the panel it says that it is the rcc.1 version... Where can I download the rcc.2 version?

The version mentioned on the file name is correct. On the app it might show the previous version as build might be done before updating the version number.
