Order receipt not in order older to new at bottom

Hi, i have tried support on your page and i seem to not get any reply . on the ORDER print that get printed, i have tried to order them as it seems the newer ones are on top and older goes underneath but i would want to change that. i have changed it on the POS screen but does not have the same format on the ORDER print. i have been asking for a solution for more than a week now.
i followed this reply'Yes, the items are newTr.prependTo(’#posTable’); You can modify the themes/default/assets/dev/js/pos.js and change it as you need. Don’t forgot yo run gulp libsPosjs to compile the file to dist.' but still nothing is working.
Please it has been long overdue and would like to sort this out ASAP. Thank you

You already know the file path. You are allowed to modify it as you need at your own risk.
There is no plan to change this from our side. If you are not sure, please hire any developer to help you modify.

So this is suppose to be a support so telling me to modify at own risk doesn’t help much.i am a developer working on this : If you read through my request, I have changed newTr.prependTo(’#posTable’); to newTr.appendTo(’#posTable’); but nothing happened. Also it said to run gulp, what is he referring to?

Do you understand, you are modifying the item?
We don't offer support for modifications or modified versions but you are allowed to do it at your own risk. We are not responsible for your modifications or changes. You should only modify the item code, if you are 100% sure as we can't and won't help.
If you are developer and never used gulp before then please google. I have already told you the command. We can't manage to guide with modification or custom requirements. The support is to ask us questions about the item and available feature not on modifications. But still I have mentioned the step and general guide. If that's not understandable then please hire developer or google could help understand about gulp.
