Sending Mail Or Smtp Issue With V4

Hi There,
I have previously reported SMTP issue. I have changed SMTP and using Mailgun, but still not be able to send mails.
Can you please suggest what can be done?

Hello,
Please select the mailgun driver and provide the domain, secret and endpoint.
Please uncheck the Please prefer company name and email and save settings.
Now try to send email and if you get any error, please share the error message.
