No, intallation is not covered by free support. You can follow the installation instruction from documnetation.pdf to install the item. If you have any issue or don't understand any step, please let me know the step number to that I can explain.
I suggest you try it yourself. If you want to request installation, you can open ticket and it will cost you $20.
