Hello,

500 errors are internal server errors and could be due to various reasons, including server software version, configuration and bad code.

Please check your server php error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest.

If you are not sure of server error logs, you can try to check the laravel logs in the storage/logs/ folder.

Please be patient while expecting response. The response time is 1 - 2 working days. We don't work on Saturdays & Sundays.

If you still can't find, please let me know the server details in private reply so that I can check it for you.

You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of reply section.

Thank you

Hello,

I can only see database related errors. There shouldn't be any issue with MySQL 8.

Please let me know the server details so that I can check it.

Thank you

Hello,

What do you mean by remote session. If you area talking about Teamviewer or anydesk, then I am sorry as I can't use those.

I will need ssh/file & database access to check the issue.

Thank you

Hello,

Can't really guess from the error. I will need to check the database. If you could provide ssh access that would be better.

Just a thought, as it is new install you can try to run php artisan migrate:fresh --seed to check if the issue is due to database. Seeder adds the super user with 123456 as password.

Thank you
