Update From Version8 To Latest

Good evening, Im trying to update to the latest version using this command.
"php artisan mps:update --c --now"
But it gives me this error.

I also tried to manual update and run the php artisan migrate --force command and go this.

I am sorry as the updates are manual for now till, we reach a stable version. The migrate command error is due to wrong database credentials or user doesn't have all privileges on the database.
Please double check and make sure that the MPS was installed on this folder, I am saying as there shouldn't be access error if it was working on previous version.
