Please add update instructions as we don't know if we should just replace all the files or we should run the update database table somewhere
will the new update remove all the data which is already is in the mysql tables.
do we need to fresh install the new update please advise

You will need to update the new files and run migrations.
The update instructions are 2 step, upload the new files and then visit the url or run command to migrate database.
No. Update will not remove any date. It will only add new columns. But for save yourself of any mishap, you always need to backup first.
