Each check in/out should be printed from the view page, the listing page is print-able too.

There is no option to export/impot check in/out but only other data such as categories, units, warehouse and items.

For the excel file, the column name/titles are mentioned on the import page. If you need sample, file, you can add a record and export it. Then prepare the same excel file with your data to import.

1. It's web based app, you can print from browser File > Print menu.

2. Report has the relations column with user who created the record. The category is not attached to check in/out but items. It will filter the items that belong to the category ans list the records.

3. I didn't get this. If you need to check the item movement, you can click the list menu in actions column on list item page. I can't promise when but the movement or item trail report will be added in future.

No. There is no such option to upgrade license. The basic license will be fine, if you don't have to modify the item. If there is any change that you need to modify it then you should consider standard license.

Please don't upload the files to public_html directory but create wims directory one level above (outside public_html) in main directory that is not accessible by public and then upload the files to this wims directory. Lastly create subdomain that points to the wims/public directory. Now replace the yourdomain.com below with subdomain.yourdoamin.com

There is draft option. You can add a draft check-in and once received edit it and the stock will be updated.

The next update will have status field to determine the order status and update stock. So the check in will have pending, ordered and received status. Only received will add the stock other will not.

Thank you, that makes sense. Can there be a page/report that shows this in each status? For example, it would be good to see that I have 150 on order from Warehouse 1, 100 from Warehouse 2, and on which due date etc.
