I purchased the sales program but did not benefit from it, as I installed the entire project on Hostinger hosting, but unfortunately when I type the site’s URL, a page appears to me saying: We were unable to obtain the page, knowing that I wrote the URL for my site in the config files. ..I hope you would kindly solve the problem

No, only database config file app/config/database.php contains the database connection settings.
Does your password has any special character like ' or " please try to use the alpha numeric password.

I didn't understand the issue.
Have you installed the item? If not yet then you can add /install to your url to access installer and perform installation as mentioned din the documentation.pdf
If you have already installed and unable to access it, please share the installation url so that I can try to access it here.
We don't work in Saturdays & Sundays. Yesterday it was public holiday here that's why you didn't get reply. Please provide the details so that I can suggest.

As you can see the error Access denied for user Please make sure that user has the full privileges on the database and that the config in app/config/database.php is correct.
