Issues With Stripe Payment

Good Day,
We have Stripe installed and activated in the POS module. It works in the Shop module but not in the POS module. When we type in the CC number in the payment section of the POS module is shows as paid but no money leaves the customer's account nor are we redirected to Stripe to collect the payment. How do we fix this?

POS module do not redirect but directly charge the card. Please check your stripe dashboard for the payment.

We did and there was nothing

The payment from the Shop module are showing and processed. The payment from the POS module is not.

Hello,
Please try to enable app logs by changing the log_threshold to 1 in the app/config/config.php file and then try the test payment again from pos. Lastly check the latest log file in the app/logs/ folder and let me know the error details.
