print server not working for me

I installed php pos printer trial from your site, I installed step by step the printer shows that the print server is working but in the application it does not print.

Did you try to print test page from list printers page of POS Print Server?
If the test print is fine, then you just need to set the printing option to POS Print Server with local printer.
If the test print is not printing, then you can can save the logs from help menu and attach with your reply.
