Problem Displaying Invoices Products And Quotes

I have a problem displaying quotes and sales and also products. It doesn't display the products when I make a quote for example. Here is a screenshot of the result.
Could you please help me fix this?

Did you update the item recently?
Please check the $config['composer_autoload'] in app/config/config.php around line no. 134 it should be
$config['composer_autoload'] = FCPATH.'vendor/autoload.php';
If it's not as above, please change it and then try again.

Exporting the product list or customers or importing a list doesn't work.

Yes, I need to know the cause of 500 errors. Your php error logs will have details for the 500 errors, please check and let me know so that I can suggest.
If you are not sure about server error logs, you can try to enable app log by changing the log_threshold to 1 in the app/config/config.php then do the actions like view product and other. Lastly check the latest log file in the app/logs/ folder.
