Hello,
Please check with your server admin. It might be due to mod_security or something that the server is not allowing the characters in your URL.
Thank you

Hello @Saleh Boushahri
You can as well set your $config['log_threshold']
to 1
in the config.php
file line 214
, filepath: app\config\config.php
, then repeat the action and see if it captures any error in the app\logs
folder that might help in knowing the cause.

Hi, how to resolve this I have the same issue. I'm using virtualmin Server but it hasn't mod_security. Please support to fix this?

Thizzi POS I managed to resolve this by installing mod_security and changing this line in .htaccess from:
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?/$1 [L]
To:
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?/$1 [B,L]
