A error message our while change my server,
"The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Over 95% caused due to missing .htaccess file. I am pasting the FAQ from documentation.pdf below
Why am I getting 404 Not Found error after installation?
Please
- make sure that your apache
mod_rewiteis enabled - check that
.htaccessfile is successfully uploaded and exists in the main directory of SMA base_urlin app/config/config.php
If you are using godaddy, please visit the codeigniter official guide here. You might need to check and modify you .htaccess files too.

I received this message
.htaccess is in the main directory
mod_rewrite is enable
base_url also set to right location
the page display properly, but then fill username and account and click login, I received above message.
Please suggest.
